We liked the consistently courteous stuff and light room. The hotel was a vacation base for enjoying a great area. Plus, it was within walking distance of kkl culture and convention centre. There where a couple of nice restaurants.

Contemporary hotel, it has good restaurant and unbeatable location next to the picturesque wooden bridge of Luzern. Old Town district definitely deserves exploring.

Friendly service, individually decorated room, spacious bed. Booked a room with impressive views. All the staff was cordial! Central location was a plus. I loved the hotel's wine bar. Green garden and nice pool.

this is a hotel go-to for lucerne! we really loved apples in the reception area. booked table at des alpes, it's their onsite restaurant. small balcony was a bonus. moreover, we parked our car nearby.
